ALBANY -- Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp. has reached a settlement regarding its transition to a deregulated electric and natural gas market.
The pact was reached between the utility and the state Public Service Commission staff, the Consumer Protection Board, Strategic Power Management Inc., an energy marketing firm, and various industrial customers.
