NSW: Car rolls off 100m Sydney cliff into sea

Police divers will today check whether a car which plunged from a 100 metre Sydney
cliff into the sea had anyone in it at the time.

Witnesses told police four teenagers were near the station wagon at about 1.50am today
when it rolled off the cliff top at Vaucluse, in the eastern suburbs.

Police believe the car was unoccupied, but water police and PolAir searched the area
off Diamond Bay to be sure.

They say divers will also check the car later today but were unable to confirm whether
the car rolled off the cliff.
